Les Bistronomes’ wine list is a celebration of French craftsmanship and discovery — an elegant collection of boutique vintages, refined champagnes, expressive Burgundies, and bold European classics, thoughtfully curated to complement every dining experience.

OUR HISTORY
Les Bistronomes Restaurant was founded in 2014 by two French men with a desire to extend Bistronomie to Canberra. Originally located in Braddon for four years, the restaurant has since moved to the community suburb of Campbell in October 2019 where Clément Chauvin has become the Sole Owner and Executive Chef.

For an occasion that calls for something truly special, Les Bistronomes offers exclusive hire of the entire venue for functions with up to 65 people. Let us tailor your event with bespoke menus and a warm, inviting ambience that brings people together in style.

Our maximum online booking size is 10 guests. If you would like to book a table over 10, please call us on 62488119 or send us an email at lesbistronomes.act@gmail.com.
Credit card details are required to secure your booking. No charge will be made prior to your visit, only a pre-authorisation of the menu price per person. However, a cancellation fee may be applied for late cancellation (within 24 hours), no shows and last-minute reduction of guests. If you do need to cancel outside of the 24 hour-period, there will be no charge.

All our guests are subject to the minimum of 4 courses for $130 per person regardless of age (including children). We do not have high chairs and strongly encourage our clientele not to bring children that cannot eat a 4 course meal.

At Les Bistronomes, we offer you a beautiful wine list of both imported French and Australian wine by the glass or the bottle.
You have the opportunity to choose a matching wine option:
For our Le Grand Menu Degustation, $90 per person for our regular matching, or $130 for our premium matching.
For the 5-course Saturday lunch degustation; $50pp
We do not accept BYO. However, we understand a special occasion can be paired with a special bottle. Corkage is $60 per bottle.

Our menus are subject to change without notice at any time as we are working with seasonal produce. Our online menus may not be the exact ones you will be offered on the night of your booking. Any reasonable dietary requirements or allergies need to be mentioned at the time of your booking. If not, we might not be able to arrange alternative dishes.
Les Bistronomes unfortunately does not cater for vegans.
